Broxbourne Environmental Services Trading Ltd (BEST), is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to supply hired refuse collection vehicles. BEST is wholly owned by Broxbourne Council and situated at Unit 4, Broxbourne Business Centre, Fairways on the New River Trading Estate in Cheshunt Hertfordshire.
