BSH/CEN/ Secondary bulge 22/23 - Capital works at City Academy

Bristol City Council wishes to appoint a provider for Capital works at City Academy Bristol. The Council will be procuring and managing the works on behalf of the Academy School Trust . The works will consist of the refurbishment and remodelling of existing school facilities to create additional new classrooms, which are formed in distinctive sub-projects. The Works include and are not limited to; providing a new external dining canopy within the existing courtyard, associated FF&E and external connections, relocation of existing staff office and covert into new science laboratory, revert existing history classroom into new art room and the refurbishment and remodelling of toilet provisions across the school.
