2017/S 157-325665 Street Lighting Top-Up Contract 2017

Leicestershire County Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint up to three Contractor(s) to a Street Lighting Top Up Framework Agreement (Framework) to provide top up street lighting, illuminated and non- illuminated sign services to support the Employers in-house delivery teams. The Employer is currently coming to the end of a major capital investment programme to replace all the County Council's traditional street lighting lanterns with LED lanterns. This will be substantially completed during the autumn 2017. Thereafter the Employer has allocated capital funds to replace defective street lighting columns and additionally has to carry out the on going routine and reactive maintenance of the street lighting, illuminated and non -illuminated signs asset.
