Description
Ceredigion County Council requires a delivery partner to work with it closely in order to optimise the energy efficiency of selected premises and sites, improve the energy performance of its assets through measured and verified energy efficiency improvements and/or energy generation, reduce emissions and save money through cost avoidance associated with guaranteed kWh savings and/or income generation. This is a mini-competition under the National Framework Agreement for Energy Performance Contracting dated 24th April 2020, OJEU reference number OJ/S S194 08/10/2019 471647–2019–EN. This ITT uses the Re:fit Mini-Competition Option 1 (“Partner Bid” as described in Schedule 1 to the Framework Agreement) by which the Contracting Authority intends to select a delivery partner based on bidder capability, approach and pricing in response to the requirements.
