CP2093-21 PHN Digital Transformation

Devon County Council are undertaking a review to understand how digital capabilities, including those already available within the County Council, can support service transformation within Public Health Nursing (PHN), with a view to producing a specification of requirements. The work will develop a user centred specification, building on work already done, through workshops with end users, staff and market providers and develop options for meeting the specification of requirements, which could include development of existing solutions or procurement of new. Phase 1 to develop user centred approach to understand requirements and opportunity for integration within Children Services. Phase 2 take SOR and support procurement
