Prospective suppliers must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. This project is to assist on the improved delivery of self-build plots and custom build housing which will provide an alternative option delivery model and diversify the local housing market. This promotes choice in the local housing market and supports the economy. Any questions should be raised via the correspondence facility.
