Legacy Run and Maintain

AWARD Provision of Run and Sustain Services within Data Platforms Legacy Systems. VARIATION The value of this variation is £1,700,000.00. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being the provision of Run and Sustain Services within Data Platforms Legacy Systems. However, there has been an unforeseen need to provide additional support while the re-procurement, ahead of a planned 2027 award, is completed. During the original and extended term, there has been a non-substantial amendment to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services. The revised value of the contract is now £9,200,000.00.
