Damp & Mould Remediation Works - MDC

Mansfield District Council require 2 contractors to undertake the investigation, diagnosis, and comprehensive remediation of damp and mould issues across the Mansfield district. The primary objective is to eliminate the root cause of dampness, eradicate mould growth, prevent recurrence, and restore affected areas to a safe, healthy, and habitable condition for residents in all types of properties within MDC's housing stock, including bungalows, houses, and flats, whether occupied or void.
