Description

This Supply of Traffic Management services Contract is a Framework Agreement for the call off of traffic management services by NY Highways Limited, North Yorkshire County Council, City of York Council, and their successors (‘the Company’). The framework agreement will last for 2 years. There is a potential to extend the framework agreement for a further year and again for one year period. Extensions to the Framework Agreement will be at the discretion of NY Highways. The framework will include 7 lots, 1. Richmondshire, 2.Hambleton, 3.Scarborough, 4.Ryedale, 5.Craven, 6.Harrogate, 7.Selby and City of York. . Each lot will have a maximum of 3 suppliers. Suppliers may bid for one or more lots.
