Description
The Government Legal Department (GLD) has awarded a contract for the provision of integrated Occupational Health (OH) and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services. The services provide a comprehensive occupational health and wellbeing support service for GLD and associated organisations including the Attorney General's Office (AGO) and Her Majesty's Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate (HMCPSI). The contract includes: Occupational health assessments and case management Workplace adjustment advice and health surveillance Physiotherapy triage and rehabilitation support Pre-employment and fitness-for-work assessments A 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme including counselling and psychological support Critical incident and trauma support services Digital wellbeing platforms and online resources Management information reporting and analytics Manager advice and guidance relating to employee wellbeing The service is designed to support workforce wellbeing, reduce sickness absence and ensure compliance with statutory health and safety obligations.
