Provision of consultancy support to progress Urban Design and Low Carbon Strategy

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a contract for with a Provider for the delivery of an urban design and sustainability strategy focused on Barnsley Town Centre. This project will consist of numerous strands, and an overarching theme is to consider how we can move the town centre towards being zero carbon by 2045.
