Description
The contractor shall provide all services associated with delivering a measurement service, which shall include, as a minimum, a screened and time synchronised dataset on a weekly basis for the duration of the measurement campaign ("the service"). These measurements shall be sufficient for subsequently performing a power performance analysis of a test turbine.
