By refreshing our approach to performance management and appraisal we seek to meet the goals of our Strategic Framework, to become a high- performance organisation. By refreshing our performance management process we are address managerial and staff concerns. Whilst we will have a new system and procedure the performance conversation is the linchpin for aligning and motivating and developing our staff.  Therefore, we seek to further build a coaching culture within the organisation and equip managers to hold helpful and constructive conversations around performance and development.
