Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire (the Contracting Authority) intend to award a Contract for the provision of a Command and Control Solution, as detailed in the ITT Statement of Requirement. The Contracting Authority seeks to engage with a strategic, innovative, and experienced Supplier capable of delivering a robust, future proof command-and-control system for Nottinghamshire Police. The solution must fully align with operational needs, enhance organisational efficiency, improve overall performance, and support compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The required system should enable seamless integration with existing infrastructure and technologies, while also supporting continuous improvement across all departments that rely on command-and-control capabilities. The successful Supplier will be expected to work collaboratively with the Contracting Authority to ensure an effective and resilient implementation that meets current and future operational demands.

There will be an indicative implementation period of 18 months. The initial contract term will be six (6) years from system go live date. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the contract by up to two additional periods of 24 months The full contract duration if all extension options are take will be ten (10) years. Attendance at the demonstration is therefore mandatory for Suppliers wishing to be considered for award of the Contract.
