Replacement Toilet Block - Magilligan Training Centre

Design and build of a new, purpose built, brick building complete with a tiled pitched roof and providing male, female, disabled toilet facilities and emergency escapes. The works are required to replace an existing portable toilet block which is also to be removed and disposed of, within the scope of this project.
