Elthorne Park High School , ARP Expansion

The works will comprise of construction and formation of a stand alone two storey building comprising of three number large classrooms, offices, washrooms, plant room, comms room, lift, WC facilities as well as landscaping. The overall works will consist of removal of existing trees within the footprint of the building, grubbing up and site clearance operations, excavations, formation, construction of walls, floors, roof, electrical and mechanical services installation, data/communications installation, drainage works, external works and all associated internal and external finishes and decorations in accordance with current Building Regulations and British Standards
