Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs to Commercial Boilers

The Regenda Group have appointed an experienced service provider for the servicing, maintenance and repairs of commercial boilers and associated heating systems at approximately 50 properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturer requirements and safety standards.Regenda will utilise bespoke terms and conditions; it is intended that the contract will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be subject to satisfactory performance. The estimated contract value is approximately 80,000 GBP per annum.Procurement for Housing have been appointed by The Regenda Group to facilitate this tendering exercise.
