A Team Doncaster Strategic Partnership priority is the development of a whole system operating model to support and rehabilitate rough sleepers with complex needs. This requires an integrated response across all public services. The reason for the waiver is to recruit a trauma informed worker that will; • Work two days each week within DMBC 'Complex Lives' Alliance to support that client group to recognise the impact of trauma and facilitate introduction to trauma services • Support clients who do not fit into the current service models to access other services through multi-agency working • Develop and maintain clear referral pathways in and out of trauma services to partner agencies • Risk assess clients and support clients to keep themselves safe and be ready to access services
