Description
Wiltshire Council is looking for a term highways design & management consultancy services contract. The consultant will be required to assist in producing and managing the successful delivery of highway schemes and to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements as well as additional design and planning projects as required. The consultant will be appointed as the principal designer in accordance with the construction (design and management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).

Prospective Tenderers must pass all “Pass/Fail” questions in the PSQ and CAS and also provide sufficient evidence that they have suitable experience in delivering a similar or comparable service as per Part 3A of the PSQ. Tenders that fail any of the questions in the PSQ and CAS or do not provide sufficient evidence that they have suitable experience in delivering a similar or comparable service without a reasonable justification why they are unable to meet the criteria specified within the question, will not be invited to participate in Stage Two – Invitation to Tender (ITT). All prospective tenderers who successfully pass the Conditions of Participation and demonstrate they have suitable experience in delivering a similar or comparable service will be invited to participate in Stage Two – Invitation to Tender (ITT).
