Lewisham Homes hereby appoint a utilities consultant to provide support in assessing the feasibility of sites for new developments. Appointing consultants to assess the impact of the utilities at the earliest stage and to provide reliable reports which will inform decisions about site viability will ensure the feasibility of the development site is accurately assessed and the design of the development is able to take any existing services into account.
