Description
The service requirement is to provide support services for handling the volume of NHS Continuing Healthcare services (CHC), new applications, case reviews, retrospective reviews, provision of CHC consultancy services, CHC case management .Mental Health and Learning disability reviews for individuals provided case under the Mental Health Act. And assessments for Children’s and young people CHC. The Authority is looking to establish a framework of Providers from whom it can use to support with the provision of continuing healthcare services. A minimum of 3 up to a maximum of 6 Providers are sought who meet the required service provision criteria, for a framework duration of 3 years, with a possibility to extend for a further one 24 month period. It is likely that support will be needed for intensive periods of time (between 3 and 6 months) to support the local delivery teams manage clearing of any backlogs and ongoing fluctuations in demand. Both clinical and non-clinical services are being sought under this framework.
