Multi-model research methods platform for User Research

HMRC need a tool with a variety of methodologies, including; card sorting, tree testing, 1:1 research, usability testing, unmoderated sessions, click testing, surveys and live intercepts. The tool should have an advanced capability, which allows multiple methodologies to be integrated into a project. The tool should have implemented a research insights management system that can help scale research, centralise, share and collaborate on experience insights data gathered from multiple studies.
