Extension to Community Pavilion - Plant storage, Club house & Office

Winterton Town Council are wanting to extend the Winterton Community Pavilion to include in Phase 1 a storage facility for its plant and machinery, and phase 2 is a new build office and club house for the junior football team. Planning permission and building regs etc have been approved by the local authority North Lincolnshire Council https://apps.northlincs.gov.uk/application/pa-2024-1102 and we now have 3 years to start. The internal fire door from the main hall will already have been completed. We would like 2 quotes - phase 1 and phase 2.
