NNC - Single Storey Extension & Associated Repairs at Thornton House, Kettering

1. Introduction and Background Thornton House is a 2-bedroom emergency children's home, located in a residential area of Kettering. 2. Scope This project will include a single storey extension to create an additional bedroom, bathroom and larger living area. In addition, general repairs are required to the existing building, in line with the most recent condition survey as itemised in the schedule of works.
