Cleaning Services

The First Ark Group consists of seven companies that work together with the over-riding purpose of making a real positive difference to our communities and to people's lives. This procurement exercise is being led by Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) for itself and on behalf of the other members of the First Ark Group and references in this document to KHT/First Ark/the Group should be construed accordingly. KHT is seeking bids from cleaning contractors to participate in a tender process for the provision of cleaning services in the Merseyside area. Services initially required under the contract are expected to include the cleaning of First Ark offices, community centres and extra care facilities. The contract will be an initial 2 year period with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months each, up to a maximum 4 years total contract term.
