Description
As part of local and national ambitions to reduce unmet need for substance use, improve support for people experiencing complex lives/multiple disadvantage, improve accessibility of services (including outreach/out-of-office offers) and reduce health inequalities across at-risk population groups, the service aims to: • Provide a flexible 'duty' response offer to support the immediate needs of females experiencing multiple disadvantage, recognising that this community doesn't always engage well with appointment based/case work, or sometimes requires more urgent care and support. • Provide enhanced outreach services and out-of-hours support to engage females experiencing multiple disadvantage, including joint work with local substance use treatment and recovery services.
