KM01.171003 - Installation of low temperature hot water heating systems heated by air source heat pumps in domestic properties owned or managed by Aragon Housing Association and South Northants Homes - AWARD

Scope of the Works: * The removal from dwellings of existing heating and hot water equipment, wiring and pipework. * The design, installation, commissioning and certification of new low temperature hot water heating systems and air source heat pumps, together with all associated electrical work. * The provision of all necessary builders work and making good. Extent of the Works: It is intended that the works will be undertaken to approximately 140 properties owned and/ or managed by Aragon Housing Association Ltd and approximately 168 properties owned and/or managed by South Northants Homes Ltd. The Contract Period for both Contracts will be one year. The Scope of the Works is fully defined in the Tender Specification.
