THE ORIGINAL NOTICE WAS PUBLISHED IN SEPTEMBER 2015 AND THIS PROCUREMENT PROCESS HAS NOW FINISHED. The V&A is the world’s leading museum of art and design with collections unrivalled in their scope and diversity. To accommodate its growing audience, the V&A is appointing an architect to create a new Members' Room on the second floor of its South Kensington site which will overlook the new Exhibition Road Entrance opening in Spring 2017. The Museum’s membership base is growing and it needs to provide a beautiful space which is able to cater to their needs. The design of the Members’ Room will take advantage of the views over the new Exhibition Road project creating a unique space which reflects the spirit of the Museum. The architect will act as Lead Consultant for the project.
