The purpose of this procurement exercise is the construction of a new build modular building to include three classrooms, a group room, stores and toilet and other associated works at Eureka Primary School, Swadlincote, Derbyshire.\r \r It is the Council's intention to appoint a suitable contractor to fulfill the requirements detailed in the tender documentation.\r \r
