Description
NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board are seeking to commission Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS). NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process. The contracts will commence 01st December 2024 and be 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. It is important to note that this procurement includes an affordability threshold. No bids over £11,851,000 per annum will be accepted.
