Description
Sefton Council's Community Learning Service has been allocated funding from the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) for revenue projects throughout Sefton, for which the Council would like to contract providers to design and deliver innovative adult learning courses for the academic year 2016 - 2017. Programmes will be classed as \"local flexibility\" (formally Community Learning ) between 7 and 44 guided learning hours, focused on adults aged 19+ years residing in Sefton. The Contracted Provision will be broken down into 2 Lots Lot 1: Short Introductory Learning Courses/Opportunities that engage people who are not engaged in mainstream activity from specific wards in Bootle - Litherland, Linacre and Ford, St Oswald and Derby. Lot 2: Short Introductory Learning Courses/opportunities that engage people from deprived communities as identified by Seftons Indices of deprivation Including Cambridge, Kew and identified deprivation areas between these wards.
