Warwickshire County Council has commissioned an established network of Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs. These Hubs provide information, advice and support to people on mental health and wellbeing, and offer a range of ways for people to access services Warwickshire County Council has commissioned an established network of Learning Disability Wellbeing Hubs. These Hubs provide information, advice and support to people with learning disabilities by offering a community base that can: • Deliver access to information, advice and signposting. • Build community connections and inclusion. • Support the use of personalised budgets to access community life.
