CSSF EECAD: Provision of MERL

This is a contract award for a call-off contract under the Conflict Security and Stability Fund, which is a cross government fund which supports and delivers activity to prevent instability and conflicts that threaten UK interests, for the Provision of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Services for the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Directorate. There was no standstill period due to this being awarded under a Framework.
