Support for the consolidation of NHS back office functions

Building on Lord Carter’s work, the task is to gather data and intelligence on the current state of back office consolidation in the NHS, identify, codify and evidence best practice both within the NHS and where relevant internationally, engage all STPs to discuss their plans, and provide support to those needing it most to ensure they have robust plans in place by the end of September/beginning of October.
