Well Led Review

The Trust last undertook an external well led review in 2015. Since that time the Trust has relocated to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, undergone an external CQC inspection and responded to the unprecedented demands of COVID19 pandemic. This has been an incredibly challenging period for our staff and our patients. In 2020 we published our five-year Trust Strategy and embarked on a programme of change with our staff through our Compassionate and Collective Leadership Programme which involved the development of our new Values & Behaviours Framework. Change will continue at pace and 2022 as we see the delivery of the Heart and Lung Research Institute and the establishment of the new Integrated Care System for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
