Traffic Data Storage System

A database to store all the County Council's traffic data, which is gathered from some monitoring sites constantly collecting data from the network, and ad-hoc surveys. The system will enable summary analysis and reports to be produced to help inform highways scheme development, monitoring, asset management and to help resolve community traffic engineering and road safety concerns.
