Tenancy of Community Café at Compton Centre Community Hub

The Council are seeking a provider to run the community café at Compton Centre Community Hub. The Compton Centre Community café has been closed for a prolonged period and the Council are now aiming to reopen the facility to the public. The Compton Centre is a widely accessed facility in the community, with members of the public attending to access Council and partner services such as the library, customer services, free employment support, money and budgeting support, and many other groups and activities. The café will provide a warm and welcoming space within the existing Community hub facility - offering both hot and cold food & drinks, as well as serving as an activity/event space. The café is located within the Compton Centre Community Hub, Harehills Lane, Harehills, Leeds, LS9 7BG. The initial agreement with the successful provider will be for 6 months, following review this may be extended for 5 x 12 months.
