All Saints supply and fit of a Modular Building

UK5 - Transparency Notice All Saints sought to obtain further quotations, however there were no other companies that supplied this specification and model for what was required by the school. The requirement is for a like-for-like or compatible modular building that integrates with existing infrastructure already in place at All Saints’ School, and any variation in specification, layout, or construction method would result in: • Significant additional costs relating to site adaptation, groundwork changes, and service connections • Potential operational disruption to the school during installation • Risks to health & safety compliance and building continuity • Incompatibility with existing structures, reducing efficiency and lifespan The school researched other companies that supply and fit modular buildings and it was demonstrated that other suppliers either: • Could not supply a building to the required specification and configuration, or • Could not meet the timescales required for delivery and installation, or • Proposed solutions that would require substantial redesign and additional cost, making them not reasonably satisfactory alternatives
