Description
There is an enduring requirement for the Joint Data Link Management Organisation to have a network design capability; this is currently provided by DXC's Tactical Data Link Network Design Station (TNDS). The TNDS is a Microsoft Windows-based software application designed and created by DXC (previously HPE) used by Network Planners to import, generate and export Link 16 network designs. The TNDS is operated by 13 Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Link 16 nations (see APPENDIX 2). The UK service-user is the Joint Data Link Management Organisation (JDLMO) located at Royal Air Force High Wycombe.
