Description

The UK Parliament has a requirement for the delivery of an Annunciator Graphics Replacement Project. The Annunciator Graphics system is an electronic signage system that provides details of the current proceedings in the main and secondary chambers for the House of Commons and the House of Lords. Additional information about forthcoming Parliamentary business is also displayed, and security and emergency notices can be shown as required. The service is distributed (narrowcast) across the Parliamentary estate and extended to Whitehall using the Annunciator distribution system (TV Distribution). The Annunciator distribution system is supported by the Parliamentary Estates Directorate and a project to replace the system was completed in 2014/2015. The project will require the delivery of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to replace the existing Annunciator Graphics solution that supports delivery of the digital sign services for the House of Commons and House of Lords. After completion of the MVP, it will require an upgrade of the installed solution to meet the aim of integrated operation. Please see the tender documents for further details. Please note your completed tenders are to be returned no later than 12:00 noon UK time on Friday 15 April 2016.
