Description
The Council manages a wide range of diverse assets, from council housing and municipal offices to street lighting and CCTV. The Council is seeking a Utility Bureau Management Service provider that will ensure that all charges for energy and water supplies to these assets are validated, correct and effectively managed. The contract period will be for four years with the option to extend by one year.\r \r Note: \r Bidders must complete and return their bids using The Council e-tendering portal Proactis (https://procontract.due-north.com/Login) \r \r Completed quotations must be returned via the Portal system no later than the deadline (unless a revised deadline is communicated).
