The Skills Bank is an integral part of the business support offer of the Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership through the Growth Hub, by supporting businesses with a clear growth plan through co-investment in the development of their workforce. Skills Bank invests in responsive skills provision for businesses operating in the Sheffield City Region and is flexible to ensure the offer to business meets both immediate and emerging skills needs.The Authority is seeking to procure an organisation to evaluate the Sheffield City Region Skills Bank on behalf of the Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (an "Evaluator"). The Evaluator will be required to assess the effectiveness of Skills Bank in its core objective of supporting business growth. The objectives of this evaluation are to understand: If the processes within the Skills Bank 2 delivery model are effective and efficient in meeting the needs of Sheffield City Region business The quality of Service Delivery What trends are we seeing to inform our future direction of travel and marketing? If Skills Bank 2 achieved the outcomes that it intended to do? Whether impact was achieved from the Skills Bank programme in the Sheffield City Region?
