Northumberland County Council - Windows and Doors Programme 2017-18 (Ref 2151)

Northumberland County Council seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out a Windows and Doors Renewal Programme to various locations within the Alnwick area, Northumberland. The works include for the erection of scaffold, removal of the existing windows and doors where applicable and disposal thereof, supply fit and installation of new windows and doors (where applicable) together with associated works to approximately 156 dwelling houses of various house types. The contract is to be undertaken on a 'Supply & Install' basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
