This Prior Information Notice is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) to engage with suppliers to better understand the market and explore potential structures and specifications for a Financial Services Framework (not including insurance services). The framework will service the needs of CPC Members and the wider Public Sector as a whole. The CPC wishes to go to market for a framework and to this end, would like to invite suppliers to engage with it, through its procurement partners NPG Limited, to discuss the nature of the forthcoming framework, its' design, specification and constructs. This notice is seeking suppliers who may wish to engage with us in this regard.
