Framework for an Integrated Communications Control System (ICCS)

Call-off contract for an Integrated Communications Control System (ICCS) for The Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent (in collaboration with Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority and The Police and Crime Commissioner for Essex (now known as The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex), in preparation for the implementation of the Emergency Services Network (ESN).
