Englishcombe Lane Supported Housing project

Pre-Construction Services Agreement (JCT PCSA) awarded to Stepnall Ltd for the first stage of a two-stage negotiated tender for the design and build of the Englishcombe Lane development for Bath and North East Somerset Council (BaNES). The council is procuring the project at Englishcombe Lane with the aim to provide specialist housing units for adults with learning difficulties.
