South Cambridgeshire District Council - Community Development - Marleigh

South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) are seeking a service provider to support the development of a strong, creative and resilient community in and around the new development of Marleigh. Marleigh is situated within the Parish of Fen Ditton on the border of SCDC and Cambridge City Council (City) and will consist of up to 1,300 homes (30% affordable), a primary school and community facilities. Construction will take place over 9 phases (Planning Application Reference S/2682/13/OL). Reserve matters (S/1096/19/RM) for 239 homes and a local Centre was granted by SCDC in August 2019. Building commenced in October 2019 with first occupation in Summer 2020.
