NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") sought to commission provision to provide emotional wellbeing and mental health support service to children/young people aged 10 to 17 years of age in North-East Hampshire and Farnham. Young Person's Safe Haven will provide a safe, calm environment offering a holistic emotional wellbeing and mental health support service to children/young people aged 10 to 17 years of age.
