DOSA Roof Replacement

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to secure a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the roof replacement of a clinical area on the Hospital Main site. DOSA (Day of Surgery Admissions) This project is complex in so much as it requires: • The removal (and replacement after completion) of Mechanical Plant on the roof - It is currently planned for this to be arranged directly by the Trust but involvement from the successful roofing contractor for planning purposes • Modifications to an adjacent corridor to support gutter modifications • Rebuilding of current roof to improve falls • Re-roofing
