Brief Description of Requirement A microplate spectrophotometer multi-mode reader instrument is needed for a range of applications including soil enzyme assays (functional indicators of C, N, P biogeochemical cycle in soil), evaluating the aromaticity of dissolved organic matter, estimating total protein and DNA in soil extracts and applications in nanomaterials stability tracking.
